wife threw the water on me. we do know however that mr. sternad is talking to the fbi. and he's saying that david rivera paid for the democrat's campaign. if true that would be conspiracy. >> he tries to figure out whether congressman david rivera is in trouble for the fbi, for this, too. he has already been under the investigation by the fbi, the irs, the miami-dade state attorneys office and the florida department of law enforcement over financial disclosure issues and allegations that he abused the powers of his office back when he was just a state legislature. now he is a member of congress and the investigation is into republican are getting way more interesting. something kind of weird happens in south florida when it came time for the democrats to pick somebody in their primary to run against congressman david riv a rivera. there was the candidate who everybody expected who had run against him in the past. that was this guy, joe garcia. but in addition, there was another candidate in the primary, and that was this guy. who reported almost no fund raising and who personally had

the fbi reporting that in 2010, hate crimes against muslims jumped by 50%, at a time when anti immigrant, anti muslim rhetoric flooded. the rise of hate in america ought not to be an aftermath. oak creeks calls us to have a conversation about hate in america. our candidates, we should watch how they campaign and what they promise to protect this country. >> how we campaign is in part how we'll govern, and the issue we talked about voter suppression, we ought to be able to agree on the health of our demonth mockracy, we want more people in our system. >> and our voices need to be heard. unfortunately, to get to your point about the partisan piece in in congress, issues like that don't come to the table any longer, you can't get a hearing. it's shut down. no discussion. oh, we can do a briefing, but we can't do a hearing, because the republicans control who gets to have a hearing what it will be about. >> we are calling upon the senate judiciary committee to hold a congressional hearing on the rise of hate in america. it's groups across the board. we hope this happens before the election.
